p777 Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players

1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the p777 platform at p777.ng, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you enter into a binding agreement with p777. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete legal agreement between you and p777.

You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms in full. If you are unsure about any clause, we recommend contacting our support team before proceeding. These terms are written in clear English to be accessible to all players in Pakistan, and they represent the actual rules by which the platform operates — not a formality.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

The p777 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or participate in any game or wagering activity on the platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of local laws or customs in your area.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• You must be a real, natural person — not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list you have voluntarily submitted to.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• You confirm that you are not depositing or playing on behalf of any third party.

p777 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time. If verification is requested, the account will be suspended until satisfactory documentation is received. Any winnings generated on an account that fails age verification may be forfeited.

3Account Registration

Each person is entitled to register one account only. Duplicate accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual, p777 reserves the right to close all such accounts and forfeit any balances or bonus funds held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Pakistan-based phone number. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — username and password — confidential. p777 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your login details secure.

• One account per person, phone number, email address, device, and household.
• All registration details must be accurate and genuine — false information is grounds for immediate closure.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• Notify support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• p777 may request identity documents (CNIC or equivalent) before processing large withdrawals or as part of routine verification.

Account sharing — allowing another person to use your p777 account — is not permitted. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on the p777 platform are processed and held in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p777 supports the following payment methods for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant transfers, direct bank transfer to major Pakistan banks, Visa and Mastercard debit cards issued in Pakistan, and other mobile wallets as listed in the deposit section of your account.

Deposits are generally credited to your account balance within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. In rare cases involving bank transfers, processing may take longer. p777 does not charge deposit fees on its end, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support as quickly as possible if you deposit more than intended.
• p777 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an account if fraud or misuse is suspected.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are not currently supported.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from the Withdrawal section of your p777 account at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the time of the request and vary by method and account tier.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and E asypaisa withdrawals are typically completed within 1–4 hours. Raast and bank transfers may take up to one business day. Higher-tier VIP members benefit from priority processing and faster turnaround times.

• Withdrawals must be made to an account registered in your own name — matching the name on your p777 account.
• First-time withdrawals may require identity verification before processing begins.
• p777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal at its discretion.
• Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see Section 6 for details.
• p777 does not charge withdrawal fees, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

If a withdrawal request is declined, you will be notified with a reason. Common reasons include incomplete verification, unmet wagering requirements, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account and your registered details.

6Bonuses & Promotions

p777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free game credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 internationals, and cricket series. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out here.

• Bonus funds are separate from your real money balance and will be displayed accordingly in your account.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement, which is the total amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly when the bonus is claimed.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed will be removed from your account.
• p777 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
• Only one bonus may typically be active at a time unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.
• Bonuses are intended for genuine recreational play. Any attempt to exploit bonus structures — through rapid sequential betting, collusion, or other means — will result in the bonus being voided and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash directly without meeting wagering requirements.

7Gameplay & Fair Play

All games on the p777 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for individual games are published within each game's information panel. Crash games such as Aviator use provably fair mechanics, and each round result can be independently verified by any player.

By playing any game on p777, you accept that:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not influenced by p777 or any third party.
• The results of completed rounds are final. Bets cannot be reversed after a round has concluded.
• Technical interruptions — such as a lost internet connection mid-game — are handled according to the specific game provider's rules. In most cases, the round is completed on the server and the result recorded even if your device disconnects.
• p777 is not responsible for losses resulting from your own internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages.

Bet limits are set per game and are visible before you place any wager. p777 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet on any game for any player at its discretion, particularly in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the p777 platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using stolen payment credentials, fraudulent bank accounts, or any payment method not registered in your own name.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer games.
• Attempting to exploit game bugs, glitches, or software errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from known bugs must be returned.
• Money laundering — using the p777 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering activity. p777 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious transactions.
• Allowing or encouraging a person under 18 years of age to use your account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward p777 staff or other players through any channel.

9Responsible Gaming

p777 is an entertainment platform and takes player wellbeing seriously. We provide a range of tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity. These tools are available to all account holders at no charge and can be activated at any time from your account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits to cap how much you can add to your account.

• Cool-Off Periods: Take a short break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanently closing your account.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification, provided no investigations are pending. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

12Limitation of Liability

p777 provides the platform and games on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is accessible and functional at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

• p777 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, server outages, or maintenance periods, provided these are not the result of gross negligence on our part.
